wing Cabinet
For this commission the brief was to create a piece for a 40th birthday present that will honour our client’s wife career as an air hostess and include the importance of family life. For this we designed a cabinet based on the shape of a section of an airplane wing, the legs being the under structure of the wing. 40 brass inlays where scattered a crossed the front to represent the owners 40th birthday and give the appearance of a starscape. 2 aluminium and one white resin inlays where placed between the brass ones to represent their family.
