Critchley dining table

chritchley dining table

We have designed and made this piece for a private client who wanted a bespoke table to match a set of fumed Oak chairs and a sideboard we have previously made for his family dining room.

This piece has a span of 3.2metres and a width of 1.2 metres, creating a beautiful and ample top to show the beauty of the timber used. We have also designed it to have a soft curve through the length width edge of the table that gently runs around the leg. All the legs have been hand turned and hand shaped for a seamless look and feel from leg to under-frame structure.

We have selected a tree fallen in Gloucester which is full of character and clusters of burrs throughout. The colour is a result of fuming which was done in the traditional way with Ammonia.
